Anyone else read the disclaimer in full? It says they have access to personal information from your mobile, should I be worried?

Sounds nasty!

Another free app - fun and works well - is Waze. Think I'd be happier rather than my data going walkabout....
hmmm why does this need access to my text messages? Does it read them out for you while driving?
The app has been made by Telmap and Pelephone. Both seem very legit

global.telmap.com/Con…112
Has anyone installed this? Any good? Currently using NavFree on my iPhone, which is pretty good and uses no data as the maps are on the phone - is this the same?
This app is incompatible with all of your devices.
So what is this supposed to be compatible with? No to Padfone, no to Galaxy Nexus, no to Transformer
Just played with a bit and seems good on my S3.

Free traffic and speed cameras
It suggests that maps are stored locally - can anyone confirm this (I can't easily check right now as I have a poor connection)
I think generally speaking, if it's passed through Apple's rather protective bubble, then Android users should be okay using the equivalent app.

Also, iPhone users will be prompted if it can access your contacts and send texts, etc, so you're perfectly safe for sure.

it would be compatible with tablets if they have GPS

maybe not really for Jelly Bean
Isreali communication company, and it wants to access my text message and phone calls. Something doesn't quite add up.
Navfree is also free and you can download maps for across Europe as well as many other parts of the world

OH really it does!
I don't usually pay much attention to permissions but this one does seem extremely intrusive.

I would also recommend Navfree, it's pretty nifty!

Nexus 7 does have GPS, maybe its a Jelly-Bean compatibility issue
I've been using Waze and NavFree, both are excellent for major roads.
Does it include Luton and Statford-upon-Avon? If so its better than the new iphone5 maps.

Stick the number for the Palestinian embassy in your contacts book & see if a couple of gentlemen from Mossad come knocking on yoour door! X)

What, an android app that simply refuses to install or work on a large percentage of devices?

On a more serious note, anyone know where the map data is from? With those access requirements I wouldn't want this on my Android tab, but I would be tempted to look at swapping out skobbler from my iPhone if this uses "real" maps rather than open street map!
iPhone app only available from US Appstore
I think that the app wants to access text message because you can send texts with your location from the app....
I've used them all (including all the paid for ones) and this is the best but how do we know it's safe to use, security wise?
