Look same as the German VDE coloured plier sets.
Of course this doesn't mean they're up to THAT standard but likely good enough.
I have a couple of Draper Expert pliers and they're made in Germany by the same factories that produce the big name German makes - so possibly these are from same source. Look identical
Picked a set up earlier today they seem pretty good for a tenner if they last more than 6 months i will be happy.

CK are going down the "made in China" route. I have one or two CK made in England actually. Painters scrapers, when all the best painters tools were British made. Closed down now
Not exactly knipex but will do for homegamer
Good price for what these are. 1000V is a whole different ballgame (Knipex from Germany is supposed to be the gold standard at this level), but I wouldn't be too concerned about using them on any 240V jobs.
Impressive that they apparently have the VDE certification.
Heated.
Been using the cutters from these daily at work and i have been pretty impressed like i said above if they last 6 months then i'll be happy.
Normally go for C.K. or Knipex and they last well for maybe 18 months.
