Apple Store won't go near this price, I showed them the receipt.
John L are price matching with an unknown (to me) competitor.
No stock in store however. Home Delivery.
Added bonus 1 year extra warranty.

Don't know. Just recently in the market for one and as its black Friday thought I would take the plunge.

The guys at hotuk sorted out the link.. Not me

Price is correct for the AIR, no MBPs showing at that price.

Interesting article on why it might be better to pick up the AIR instead of the current PRO. Largely because the touchbar is likely to be not much use in reality and the recent price hikes were savage.

Argos and Curry's were the last two holdouts at the pre-Brexit price rises very recently, both with another £100 off plus Quidco on top. That brought it down a potential £810 for the Argos deal and a bit more from Curry's.

Anyone who didn't bite then and thought he was getting a better deal on Black Friday was just being naive. Amazon was showing £1049 for the same MacBook Pro yesterday and everyone else more.
