I keep reading about the health benefits of magnesium (a friend of mine buys Magnesium Drops)..does anyone think they're helpful?
What is the weight please?
All i know about Magnesium, it it is very light, and burns super brightly .. so HOT from me :P
Got some to replace the salt on my fish and chips, been trying to lower my sodium intake lately
So, HUKD, what do these do and how many packets should I buy?
is it epsom salt ?
They do have epsom salt also. You put them in the bath fyi
Keep away from flames 👹
Do they taste nice?
I presume this is for a kilogram? If so it's a very good price, about half the price you can get Magnesium Chloride for on Ebay.

What is it supposed to do exactly?
Heard of magnesium oil you spray it on joint pains and legs
Dissolved in warm water, our magnesium chloride flakes provide the user with a medicinal bath of cell-restoring highly soluble magnesium chloride.

Soaking in magnesium salts has been shown to markedly improve skin hydration, speed wound healing, enhance skin barrier function, and decrease inflammation.

so it says on the blerb

You won't do much for it's taste!

It's Potassium chloride (often with a mixture of ordinary salt) you want as a salt replacement, although I don't rate it, you can take too much of that too so better just to cut down and do with less.

Magnesium chloride is passable dissolved in squash if you want to up your magnesium intake, but it's not "nice" on it's own. Best way to use it is make a strong solution as "Magnesium Oil" and absorb it through your skin betteryou.com/evi…ion
A friend with depression said magnesium flakes helped him feel better
