We've always used the finish powerball extra wizz pop etc one at around 13p each but saw hukd raved about this in the past. Ive had zero problems with finish powerball but thought I'd give this a try (better not scratch my glasses!). Let you know how it goes...

Lemon and original flavour avaiable.

Should be national?

Have you tried Fairy Platinum tablets? Not noticed dulling, but it’s only been a few years so fairly early days.
Heat. I couldn't tell any difference from the Finish ones so now use these instead. Usually only half a tablet is necessary unless things are very mucky. Couldn't care less about everyday glasses. We buy cheap ones to put in the dishwasher and replace them as necessary. Ikea and Makro ones last ages. Always hand wash any glass that I really care about.
I've used these and the Finish Powerball ones,
I couldn't see a difference, they both work well but obviously these are much cheaper.

I don't wash a great deal of glassware, but my glass cafetiere hasn't looked any different for the past couple of years.
Used them a couple of times and they caused a blockage in my Bosch dishwasher so not again. Find the Lidl W5 tablets better without any problems. They are periodically on sale at £1.99 so recommend stocking up then.

Of course they didn't. It was probably the socks you put in there for a quick wash!
Bought house, vendor kindly left a variety of Magnum-branded dishwasher consumables for me including rinse aid, tablets and salt. All works well, never had a dishwasher before so can't compare but cutlery and glasses are very shiny, and nice fresh smelling with the rinse aid. No problems getting 2/3 day old dried porridge off my bowls which when I used to wash by hand could be a right chore if not washed immediately.
I'd recommend getting the original all-in-one, rather than the lemon.

I found the lemon washed less well, and unless they've changed them since last time I bought some, if you check the list of active ingredients on the side of the packets you'll find lemon has lower percentages.

They used to be far, far worse, I used to swear by Sun dishwasher powder, before Finish even existed, better than most the products currently on the market at getting stuff clean, but it quickly turned glasses cloudy.

I do find the aldi and lidl stuff tends to erode uncoated aluminium, I think the cause is the oxygen bleach in them.

The Lidl ones are rated 2nd best of all dishwasher tablets IIRC. Fairy Platinum is 1st

Just popped in and picked some up as I'm getting short, and I also checked the lemon they currently have in stock in my store, and they are back to the same percentages as the originals.

EDIT: But I notice the ones the OP pictured are a different version, so looks like different stock.

I found an old picture I took, the lemon packet is on the left, the good stuff is on the right. The oxygen-based bleach is 15-30% in original, but only 5-15% in lemon, and other ingredients are missing or less.

They also had magnum dishwasher salt in the special offer section, 89p for 2kg.
