Propylene glycol is completely non-toxic and is used in loads of products. There's no need to be afraid of an ingredient just because it has big words in its name.

You can consume Nandos sauce in big amount s and become a Frankenstein 👹 . After that experiment, you will only want to eat organic food like I have seen most people with cancer do . I would rather stick with natural ingredients like in this sauce . Health is wealth. You are what you eat , the food doctor said . No good chef uses unwanted chemicals .
How 'vinegar-y' is this?
It's been this price for a while, I love the sauce very natural
I got this on a freebie a while back. It is perfectly acceptable, but Encona West Indian is still my favourite (and hotter).

I do tend to add Encona to virtually everything, though.

I bought the reaper one last week but actually think the normal hot pepper one is hotter :/

Encona on some cheesy chips or homemade KFC tower style burgers. Yum.

I'll answer myself here I found it to be so-so in terms of spiciness, and so used a lot more on the food as a result. In turn, the vinegar taste overwhelms, so I can't say it is any better than Encona or other brands you'll find in the main supermarkets. Disappointing, but OK given the price of only £1. Cheers OP!
