In this guide, you will discover 30+ recipes that can be made ahead FROM SCRATCH, frozen, and thawed in minutes in the oven or microwave. With the help of this guide, you can put a piping hot meal in front of the whole family for pennies on the dollar compared with the cost of eating out, takeout, or TV dinners.

Very useful during these difficult times.

Thanks.
This is great but if it really does hit the fan, and maintaining the power grid becomes inconsistent, tinned and jarred food is a better option than frozen.
Cheers
I really do need to learn to cook more varied meals than toast, bagels and occasionally spaghetti bolognaise, may give this a go look

And everyone also has self accountability not to be so gullible.
"Thawed in minutes" - yes please!

Much prefer home cooked convenience food for taste, quality and better value than ultra-processed high fat/hidden salt+sugar/costly stuff.

Nice find and ta for posting OP
