Not the cheapest price for a mini keg but this is a home brew lager keg, not seen this before. It would make a good gift!

No idea what the beer tastes like though, anybody tried it?

better off buying a mini keg already brewed and ready to drink for the same price or less.

Overpriced crap. Have I tried it? No, but I know about home brewing and 2 days to make beer is not advisable. Using turbo yeasts will result in fusel (German for bad) alcohol which is okay if you're planning to distil it. So probably terrible beer for £1/70 a pint.

If you're going to try "just add water" home brew you'd probably be better trying the woodfordes brew in a bag posted recently. £10 more but feasible that it would be a decent pint, not to mention it works out cheaper at £1 a pint.

Not good when you can buy a 5l keg of Marston;s Pedigree in store at trhe moment for £9.99.

Tried one of these Victor cider kits. Even after doubling the brew time it was hideous. I don't know how they get away with selling it.

This will be awful. They do seem to say 72 hours which means its definitely a turbo yeast. I dread to think what this will taste like.

If you want to home brew there are miles better options like the above says. The woodfords will ferment at room temp, isn't meant to be that carbonated so will be much closer to an actual recognised beverage.

If someone gifted me one I would swap out the yeast for a proper beer yeast and leave it for a fortnight. And still not get my hopes up.
