This is the lowest price on Amazon since January last year according to 3 Camels. It's usually a good deal at £25 so £20 is a very good price. It's not an outstanding bourbon but is a good, pleasant, easy to drink whiskey that is far superior to the likes of Jack Daniels in my humble opinion.

There's only a 5% discount on Subscribe and Save but £19 is the cheapest I have ever seen this.

About this item
  • Maker's Mark is a hand-crafted American Whisky with quality and flavour at the heart of everything we do. Never bitter or sharp, Maker’s Mark is made with sort red winter wheat, instead of the traditional rye, for a one-of-a-kind, full flavoured bourbon that’s easy to drink.
  • Pronounced notes of of vanilla, caramel and woody oak with a light amber colour. Created with a soft, rich, creamy and balanced flavour vision in mind that founder Bill Samuels would be proud to share with his family and friends.
  • Aged in new toasted American Oak barrels, aged to taste, not time and every barrel is rotated by hand for a smoother flavour.
  • Every bottle of Maker's is still hand-dipped in our signature red wax at our distillery in Loretto, Kentucky, just like Bill, Sr, would have wanted.
  • Enjoy neat or in your favourite classic cocktails like a Maker's Mark Old Fashioned or for something more refreshing, try a Maker's Mark Old Fashioned Cooler.

It says non vintage on it /newer version, any difference??

The only difference I can see is the wording on the bottle is slightly different ... One says "Whiskey" and the non vintage says "Bourbon Whiskey".

Maybe one's an EU bottle and the other is UK? No idea otherwise.

Strangely, the non vintage now has a 1-4 week wait, and the original listing is back to being available for immediate delivery. The plot thickens.

Amazon waiting for a restock in 1 to 3 weeks.

Weirdly, Amazon have Maker's Mark listed twice, both sold and dispatched by Amazon.

This listing is available for immediate dispatch. It happens quite a lot on Amazon. It's bonkers.

I've gone from not being able to stand whiskey to starting to amass a bourbon collection after trying Woodford on a whim when it popped up on here late last year.
Obviously love Woodford (just nabbed another bottle of that as it was back to £25), have a WT 101 that I have yet to try and couldn't resist this one too.

Really nice bourbon, and yeah it's usually £25 so this is a good price. Well worth it.

Better than the competition imo; bullet, buffalo creek, the other one, etc

Evan Williams is an excellent, very affordable bourbon to try if you've not yet had it. I've tried many over the years, but it's become my go-to bourbon if I'm buying for the cabinet instead of a special occasion.

Great whiskey, if I hadn’t just stocked up on Woodford which was also a £19 I’d have ordered this too!

Similar story here, haha. Except I tried WT101 and prefer it. Now trying MM and seeing how that compares.

My favourite drink - unless you get the Makers Mark 36. Goes better with Pepsi than Coke - if you like a mixer.

What is the difference between this one and the non-vintage one
  33. bushman's avatar
An American told me that Makers Mark is THE most gifted whiskey in the States... thats generally within the category of corporate gifts, like a bottle as thanks at end of contract, special favour or Xmas business gift etc...so obviously not too shabby. Gone off bourban these days myself though. Appears the palate gravitates toward a good scotch with age
