Any recommendations for decent ones? I only want them for diy not trade use.

I've come to the realisation that bits are disposable items. Even when you aren't someone who rounds off screw heads, bits all erode -impact bits break too, just in a different way. Given this, I buy cheap and buy often (deals galore on this site) and I'm still quids in over expensive impact bit sets (although I do have an impact set because of aforementioned deals here). Buy a set like this which will stand you in good stead for a vast array of jobs and replace parts or add to it, as and when, and if they wear out or break. Yet to see a forum here where nobody said bits didn't break regardless of the brand, trade/DIY rating/price.

Got these for £14.99 a couple of years ago. Quality not so great and make sure you spray them with WD40 as they rust after a few months in the shed.

Disagree about the quality. I got a similar set of Makita bits and when I needed to drill a couple of small holes in some metal shelf brackets I tried furst of all with a drill bit I already had, and was hardly used, if at all. It got no further than about 1mm in a couple of minutes. I switched to my new like for like Makita drill bit and was happily surprised it went through 6 or 7mm in about 30 secs.
As for the going rate, I agree. £20 is about right.
