Glad its been of use to you.
These are quite OK to start with but they aren't the toughest bits. It's a great kit to someone starting out and they can add to their kit as bits wear out.
I got this kit in a previous offer. Most of the reviews on that offer were mixed, but I got it anyway. I almost wish I hadn't. The overall quality is poor. They are mostly functional, but not going to last more than a few diy uses.

Particularly the centre punch and masonry bits. The punch tip was ruined after one use on anything harder than wood. The masonry bits were toast after one hole (admittedly a pretty hard brick).

So a kit that means you know you have a bit for most DIY jobs, but expect to replace items or get better ones if you want to do the same job a lot.
Over the last few years that these have been on hukd for under £20 buyers have said they are not great. It’s the name. You think these are going to be trade rated or quality items but it turns out they are the odd job home diy (think Silverline, Draper) quality. Which is fine if you know what you are getting.
It's the bi-weekly Makita 101 bit set deal..... this must be one of the most regularly featured products of all time!
Will this kit work with a dewalt impacter
I have Makita tools (the best )my self but don't buy these, they are just franchised crap better off buying the bits you want seperate. No better than pound shop sets.

Well some bits will fit an impact driver but they're not intended for heavy duty impact use, the drill bits need to go in a drill.... they're fairly basic, lowish quality bits that don't last that long. Fine for occasional DIY but Makita don't make them... some factory in China makes these cheapo kits for Makita and probably many other well known brands.
