Bargain price, not seen this below £30 recently.
You know you can change the melody on this
Seems a decent price. Cheaper ones on eBay but they may not be the genuine item.

Edit: A shame they don't automatically power off or go to a standby mode when the battery is charged.

Yep, as far as I am aware. It plays whatever tune has been set when finished. Then I usually end up rushing over from wherever I am to turn it off. If I have managed to hear the tune! It has been a long time since I read the instructions. Rather certain it states to turn it off. Once it has played the tune to say it has finished charging the battery.
Thanks for posting OP, was looking to get another of these to mount on the wall next to a work bench I'm planning on building next month. Garage/Workshop project is a go!
Lowest price I’ve seen. I bought it for similar price from ebay with voucher from known seller so this can be bought for less if someone has credit on their account to use.
Great price, just got one for £25 from eBay, seems brand new and genuine from that I can tell but would have bought this all day long!

Must have gone up again then. Was disappointed as I had paid £22.99 for mine in October.

The target I feel your have misunderstood the “fully charger tune”. Of course the charger goes into standby mode once the battery is charged, it’s not going to keep charging the battery at full pelt once it’s fully charged. Yes all the lights are still on when the charger is in standby, but it’s drawing sod all current and will just be keeping the battery “conditioned” until your ready to use it.

Thanks for correcting me. I vaguely recalled something about having to turn it off straight away. My mind playing tricks on me. It has been a very long time since I read the leaflet and because it is only for DIY stuff (in my case). I seem to only need to charge the battery every 6 months. Unless I have been doing quite a bit. I may be wrong again but I also vaguely recall the instructions stating to recharge the battery every 6 months. When not in regular use and hasn't been recharged in that time? Again I may be wrong.

Really need to dig out the leaflet or read the information from an online copy!

I suggest people read the instruction leaflet of a new item. Things can change in manufacturing and instructions can get changed.

Good luck, hope you get a good price for it.
And you can change the melody too - my wife likes a simple beep but I prefer stairway to heaven.
Batteries are £18.99 with 19th February delivery

The fan on mine doesn't stop running even after the battery is fully charged. This is the one thing that annoys me about this charger.

Does it stay as loud as when charging? Weird that some people have different experiences

I had this same issue and returned it, I've ordered again now but will probably keep it if it has the same issue
I have this charger. Came with a drill and impact driver set I have. So I assumed it was the standard charger. For some reason, its given me an error on 3 different batteries today. All well less than a year old. Apparently once you get the error more than 3 times in a battery, it locks that battery from charging again.

I do remember the fan has always stayed on even when fully charged.

I suggest you read the instructions yourself, before spouting nonsense on here.
I can confirm charger and fan turn off after use. I haven’t heard a tune in completion but most of the time I’m out during completion.
