Very good, usually atleast £150

Great drills these. I use them at work. lightweight yet powerful

I'm tempted..I'm no expert on whether this is a fantastic price

I have one of these, plenty of power with the 3ah battery, I got it from screwfix for 119.00 with the 101 price accessory kit built in to the case. tbh I would have rather bought this as the accessories are crap quality and makes the case rather bulky!

Any recommendations on a drill driver?

Maximum Torque: 27 Nm-42 Nm not that good really no good for heavy duty hammer action in say brickwork.

Heat added, good deal, would use a corded for brick.

This deal is for a drill from the LXT range, meaning the batteries are compatible with other Makita battery operated tools, such as Jigsaws, Circular Saws etc. The battery included in the deal model is a higher capacity 3.0Ah than the two 1.3Ah you get with the B&Q model, so will run for longer. They are also slightly different models, so it's possible that the deal model has better/stronger internal components.

If you're comparing with B&Q, the deal here is essentially for this model, but with a 3.0Ah battery instead of the two 1.5Ah.

I have this drill, it's fantastic for the casual/heavy DIY'er alike. Very powerful and gets the job done, you wouldn't be disappointed by purchasing this.

On another note, I bought it for £95.99 when they had the "20% off if you trade in an unwanted tool" promo.

Great drill had one 9 months now loads of power. I use mine a lot lately on allotment making raised beds and paths

Good drills, use similar in work.

I would just throw an extra 250 noup at it and get a Hilti....

However, I have the Drill and Driver set for home use and they are good quality and work well, this is a decent price, for a decent bit of kit.

Don't forget 4% cashback via quidco (exclusive which ends in 6 days). I'm currently borrowing this drill from my bro-in-law and love it. The 3ah battery lasts a very long time. Definitely recommend it.

Although 3ah battery which is fantastic they still die on you half way through a job, two batteries would of been nice and then ordered from me still voted hot tho....

This is a good deal for 3 ah. If anyone needs a spare I've got a couple new batts hanging around brand new.

Bigweapon07, where are you regarding additional batteries? Need new drill but want two batteries.

Anyone buy this?. Looks great.

I purchased this yesterday at Wickes then saw Screwfix had the same model at the same price but with an accessory kit attached! Got refund from Wickes and purchased one from Screwfix, well happy! Screwfix offer ends tomorrow!

I just looked at this in wickes but was told its a drill only, they pointed me to the £80 hp330d instead, now im home I see it is a driver/drill, bummer
