seems a good deal if you are professional a bit steep for a diyer
this is the lower quality drill and impact ridgeons wer doing the top impact with same drill with 3 batts for the same price last month may still have some left
Royston, do you have a link mate?
THESE ARE NOT LXT AS ADVERTISED...I have recieved a toolstation leaflet advertising this twin pack as LXT...I contacted Toolstation to double check and thye admitted they are not LXT which is a far superior model. FALSE ADVERTISING!! I fail to see how Toolstation would not know the difference in models they are promoting.
It also says LXT on google, when searched for a model number. What does LXT stand for? Is it the fact it's Li-Ion battery with the Xtreme proTection technology? Because if so, both these models do benefit from this tech. If you're looking for the LXT brushless, of course you're not going to find it at £200, De Walt's brushless XR equiv is like £350... with a slow charger and 1.5Ah batteries. This is still an epic deal imho. I've purchased these, and they've destroyed every job I've thrown at them.
Further to my last comment, they are LXT, it says it on the side of my drills. (That I bought on this deal).
