£0.80 per 100g is probably about as cheap as you're going to get maltesers for these days. Plus these should make for pretty good Christmas stocking fillers.

I cut and paste the link from Tesco's website. If it didn't work, I'm nowhere near tech-savvy enough to know either a) why it didn't work, or b) how to make it work.

Go to tesco.com/gro…ies and search for maltesers. I don't know if this deal is available in-store but I don't see why it wouldn't be.

Good man. It's Friday night so I guess the mods must be on the vino (perfectly understandable). They might sort the link out tomorrow.
I had one of these recently. Took me a week to finish, I've never seen so many Maltesers in one bag. Buy with care!
Think Mr Ted must be a slow eater. These would be demolished in 10 minutes

Oooh I hope my local has these in. Thanks
If its just the Malteser hit you're after, Morrisons multipacks are 70p/100gm.

Father ted you must be a lightweight these would be lucky to last 1day in my house!!
I was after one of the £1 boxes which were available everywhere last year, only to find they've dramatically reduced the box to 100g (can't remember what the old size was but it seemed to be a lot bigger than the new box).

At least this is better value than the new £1 boxes.
The small boxes used to be 120g - sneaky so-and-so's
The larger boxes are still 360g - but I'd imagine that'll change soon.
I usually by the mini bags but only when they're on offer (Halloween usually)
otherwise I'll scoff the lot.

You're spot on. Dropping the small box from 120g to 100g was sneaky indeed.

I've never seen these 500g boxes before, but chances are it'll last no longer in our house than the 360g box would've lasted!

When I was a kid (30-odd years ago) we could buy something called malt crumb from one of those huge plastic jars on the shelves behind the counter. It was basically crushed maltesers, and it was bloody lovely! I haven't seen it for years, so I figured I'd crush my own maltesers to take me back to my school days. The easiest way to do this is buy the big pouches, stick a very small hole in one corner to let the air out, then have some fun standing on them! The plastic pouches are pretty tough so they won't tear easily. When you've crushed them to smitherines, grab a spoon, tear the top of the pouch off, then sit back and enjoy the malty crumbliness that is malt crumb.

Just when you thought maltesers couldn't possibly taste any better.....
These are now £2 in store if yours has stock
