The Mamas and Papas Swirl is really just a cheap model made for Argos and really flimsy. The reviews of the old Tour were not great but if you google Tour2 review they seem much better for this model. You can always order and send it back if it feels flimsy. I looked at one for £100 in the Mamas and Papas store and the build quality looked good. Hope this helps

I was in the same boat, in the end I settled on this Joie Nitro from Argos, it comes with a nice padded seat, footmuff and a raincover according to the info, and with 213 4.6 (average) star reviews think it's a safe bet, I have yet to see such a well reviewed stroller. I'll let you know later as it's arriving today!
Btw we have had more expensive prams/strollers in the past, and spending £100's is sometimes more of a fashion statement/brand name chasing and doesn't always get you a better made product - it just has more street cred, of course some are fantastic quality too.

thanks

Well it arrived - and it seems to be a very good buggy, I would recommend it. Seems to be well made, is light and easily controllable, even with one hand.
