Nice one - just got this for 11 at M&P the other day - and loved the purchase - this gets sweeter.

Brilliant. Ordered one of each colour.

Doesn't it get too hot under there please?

Let them enjoy a bit of heathy air for gods sake.

Hellooooooo...... Why please? Genuinely interested because we use something similar and we think it's brilliant.

first of all in England there is no extreme sun or sun at all lol so better to buy good raincover ;-)
2nd the baby will feel like in the tent. its really hot inside withoit air circulation. sorry but mesh or net panels doesnt help much..

Looks like a burka for buggies!

I think the comment relates to an article published a few days ago advising not to cover pushchairs/buggies/prays with blankets due to the heat created inside the pushchair. However it was only blankets mentioned not an item specifically designed for purpose

the article mentioned cotton cloth as well. we use a pram umbrella and an adapter instead. doesn't cover end to end and doesn't stop air flow at all

For those who are genuinely interested -Here's all the info on dangers of different shades
snoozeshade.com/201…ng/

I used the snooze shade plus and wouldn't have managed without it, kept the pushchair cool inside even on a warm day, no fiddling with a brolly as you walk and the sun moves round and the wind bow it on the sea front, no worries about bare legs poking out of the bottom in direct sun and best of all a nice dark place for the afternoon nap! If this is similar it would look far better than the snooze shade

I used a snooze shade also and it was wonderful on holiday and hot days here and it also helped my little boy nap as it darkened the inside. It was cooler inside his pushchair than out. I'm pretty sure M&P wouldn't sell something that hasn't been rigorously tested. Surely a rain cover would retrain more heat in direct sunlight than a shade made with breathable materials. There is so much scaremongering that goes on nowadays. It's all about moderation and common sense.

I think that is a rather silly comment to make given all the research that goes into these products. I'd much rather my baby was protected from the harsh sun on holiday with a fit for purpose, air flowing shade than all hot and bothered and at risk of sunburn. I can't comment on the M&P one, but the SnoozeShade was fantastic (I did a lot of reading into them before I bought one!)
