Think it's awful what city and Chelsea have done to football, unlike Liverpool or Manchester United who generate there own money, City and Chelsea are like rough lottery winners who don't seem to care about what they do or how much they spend, ergo the ruination of football.

I agree, but it was actually Blackburn Rovers that were the first team to buy the PL. Chelski and Citeh took it to the next level. Mediocre clubs with no history buying success...

The ruination of football? Even United fans that are honest admit that the football that City are playing is the best the PL has ever seen. Conversely, the football that United have been playing has led to elements of the crowd booing at the end of the match, despite the money that they have spent. As a neutral I know what I would rather watch.(flirt)

Obviously the Glaziers investment at Man United is now classed as self generated money, so much so that it led to a fans revolt at the swamp.

Being a supporter of a lower league club I have no interest in petty interclub squabbles so the above is wasted on me. Fact is, both Liverpool and Manchester United have rich history based on success that was founded upon self generated resources. Chelsea and most certainly city have non of the above and due to limited histories don't have the capability to self resource.

I support a lower league team so the above is of no inters to me, go and have your petty squabbles elsewhere. Liverpool play football that could be argued better than City, I would rather watch this from a self resourced club as opposed to a funded one. Try and see the bigger picture.

The best the PL has ever seen? You must be fairly young as United have played some great football over the PL years. City could be one season wonders. Come back and post again when City have won 3 PL’s on the trot.
