This equals the lowest ever price for the Manfrotto BeFree One, it was £79 at Camera World in March 2016. Enter the code '20BEFREE' to get £20 off the £99 price. It works on the red colour only. Interestingly Camera Price Buster is not showing this deal as it lists a 10% off code instead, which works on all colours.

This is the HUKD thread from eight months ago when WEX had it for £84 using a voucher.

Would those voting cold because they see this as a lot of money for a tripod and thus bad value for them personally please consider the specific item and deal before voting subjectively. This tripod will only appeal to those fairly serious about photography, it won't be for everyone, and it is rarely available for much under £100, so it is a shame for it to be less visible to those on HUKD who might find it useful just because of subjective voting. It never gets cheaper than £79, so please consider the actual item and price at hand rather than vote cold based on perception of value and personal suitability, unless of course you have a link to it cheaper elsewhere?

Great Tripod. Had mine for 2 years. 5d Mark II plus 24-70mm L + filters. Holds no problem and great for taking abroad. Great price. I paid £120.... heat

Good to know. Had figured it was at around 80% load with a 24-70mm sized zoom.

I had one of these I bought in May break on me recently. Trying to get Manfrotto to replace it.

The heavy red makes it look Peter Parker uses it on assignment.

All the clips broke on mine. Manufacturer refused to replace as it was out of warrantly.

Does it come with a head?

Can anyone recommend a fluid head for video that would pair with this?

Yes, comes with a ball head, which looks fixed but can apparently be removed.

Nice price (dodgy colour).

I have this model. It might be listed as red but really is red and black.

It is not featherweight but folds down into a 30cm length in a strong bag. It is my first choice tripod and with my 7D II and Sigma 150-600 sport very stable.

Good price.

Ordered, thank you.
