why is the price without postage mentioned - surely there is no option but to pay it?
if with girl..good deal..if just bag..not at all
Is that a CND sticker on her shoulder? (shock)
Have one myself. It is not very practical for carrying cameras around, very fiddly to take camera in and out: * Sling the bag * Unzip * Untie the cord and take the camera, and at the same time make sure the other stuff does not fall out, including the camera pouch itself The angle of the camera storage compartment is very inconvenient. All in all, good looking, but not practical.
Same here, finally got my shipping notification!
Back in stock now, just received shipping notification today. Gogogo
Back in stock and still the discounted price is anyone is interested
They said shipping from Italy was delayed for a week. Hopefully it'll be back in stock next week. They took my money on the 8th and I paid for next day delivery. Then they refunded me the delivery fee at request and told me it'd be restocked soon. fingers crossed.
been ready for 5 hours now, no new stock lol
Same thing at Park Camera for 135. https://www.parkcameras.com/p/9370091M/carbon-fibre-tripods/manfrotto/mk290xtc3-bh-3-section-carbon-fibre-tripod-with-ball-head
Does this have a 90 degree column system? IE can you shoot overhead shots? Also would this be of better value to the 190 Go! ? I don't mind paying the extra price, but if I don't need to I'd prefer not to. I need a tripod that is lightweight and portable, best bang for my buck, that can shoot overhead shots.
If memory serves the 055 can hold more weight and can extend higher. I believe if you are over 6 feet then 055 is better. There is a tripod chooser thingy on manfrotto website. The 055 is more and doesn’t come with a head (another £80-£120 on top I think). Hope this helps.
how is it compere to 055 series ?
This is a good site!
thanks OP! great bag
Just noticed the following : Limited period while stocks last. Offer ends 31st May 2017 Yet the "deal" is still going. Just shows what a con this was. This is just them deperatly trying to sell telescopes they could not sell and pretending it was some sort of great deal.
How many friends do you have that have ordered telescopes? Did they all just decide to get into stargazing or something?
Awful awful awful scopes. As others have said, either spend a bit extra for a Celestron or Skywatcher or save your cash. A decent pair of binoculars would probably be a better option fir most casual astronomers.
Surprised so much negative reaction. I have had a pair of Bushnell binoculars for over 20 odd years found them excellent. Maybe now everything is made in China reflects in the quality.
absolutely spot on! been there done that too with a heq5 This listing is complete junk, dont do it.
They have arrived, they are OK
non standard delivery I often wonder what that would entail, maybe it's like sex non missionary
Is that a joke? Don't get it :(
I'd like to buy my husband some binoculars for his birthday. Is there a make and model you could recc that don't cost an arm and a leg please.
Not a bad price for these so heat for that, but these are not premium Bushnell optics and the glass is not the best. Ok for a pair to take on holiday but if your wanting to pick out things with clarity or detail at distance in poor light these are not for you.
Looks like they have mixed they spec up with this one http://bushnell.eu/uk/produits/all/binoculars/excursion-hd/242410/
Beware of specification, does not match the glasses, true spec is here http://bushnell.eu/uk/produits/all/binoculars/trophy-xlt/232810/ and 30 year warranty
Whether this was intended as a joke or not it sure did make me laugh; part of me hopes you are completely oblivious to the humour. "Well, what do you think binoculars are for?" X)
Thanks for the post. Good timing, just what I needed.
Unboxing vid of these Bushnells, (best watched muted, no disrespect the lady, clearly a backwoodsman's sister) they seem quite chunky but I guess the 28mm aperture is slightly larger than many 25mm compact alternatives, probably a bit brighter which is no bad thing. The spec seems good for the price, though in my experience Bushnall quality control is a bit hit and miss.
I like the africa bag and trust manfrotto as I've got a great tripod from them, but it doesn't fit dslr all the other bags look a bit meh cheap amazon everyday stuff
OOS? link takes you a page where you can click to get to the bag, then when you click it you get directed to a page with all camera bags... except this one
For anyone who doesn't like the poo colour ans would like to save a couple quid more. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Manfrotto-Solo-IV-Camera-Bag-for-Digital-SLR-Bridge-Camera-White-/271882390962?hash=item3f4d740db2:g:epcAAOSwKrhVZYFD
Same for me. Links me to the camera bags category every time I click on it.
It's no longer available direct from Manfrotto
you need a head too, I see lots of cameras screwed directly into monopods.....
This one looks like something other than a monopod https://www.manfrotto.co.uk/compact-monopod-pink
You're quite right, they're selling at £29. just didn't bring up advanced when i googled it
Again, the fotosense version is not the advanced model. This is the correct comparison: http://www.fotosense.co.uk/manfrotto-mmcompactadv-wh-compact-advanced-monopod-white.html
cold! Anyone can recommend a cheaper one? This is overpriced.
You'll need to look overseas
I'm looking for cheap, hot and pretty too.
I can much better meet my needs for a much better price, cold and ugly
looks like a saddle bag I put on a mule so shoule be good for Africa as it says on the tin.
Mine's just arrived, looks great very good build quality, I just didn't notice it was white when I ordered! That's not too much of a problem besides every DSLR I've ever seen is black but the carry case is also a very bright white and I can imagine it really irritating me when it gets grubby.
If only i had waited, bort a tripod last month for over £50, gutted
Great deal for a quality item. I've had cheap generic brand stands before and its definitely worth hunting for reputable brand.
yes, perfect for you then looking at post #2 :p imagine it will look dinky perched on top
Looks good, I have not seen this range in the flesh yet.
me too :(
Bag ordered. Thanks OP :)
Tripod definitely out of stock - just got the cancellation email :(
Shame about Kata, I have a couple of those and prefer them too. The carbon fibre tripod at £128 is a good price. £230 at Amazon, only 3 left.
