I buy Rowse off eBay
I don't know much about honey either so I did some research & found out although this is really expensive (normally) on their site & that this is a premium grade honey from new Zealand it can be found along with other genuine NZ Manuka honeys for sensible prices like HB have on offer.
Some people are so gullible £20 sovvs for some honey in a tiny little bottle that may or may not be better for you than ordinary £1.99 stuff lol

Holland and Barratt one of those shops for the wannabe posh, gullible, pea brain, chelsea tractor brigade!

Bit like the CBD oil craze when everyone who knows , knows its Phoenix Tears that is the real deal and the government refuse to legalise!
The world is so full of marketing gobbledyspeak!

Last time I checked, £1.99 honey doesn't have proven healing properties and tons of benefits like high grade manuka has. And don't a certain country use it on burns victims to prevent infections and speed up healing? Bet they pay 2k per serving, when all along they could of used the £1.99 stuff

Proven lol Don't believe the hype!
They once said , fat and chocolate were bad for you and numerous other things that are now apparently good for you.
Me I trust no one and nothing I havent experienced for myself!

Yeah but have you any burns or injuries.
You really think this will prevent you getting cancer which seems to be killing most people these days?
Have you tried it and noticed any effects?
£15.99 down the drain!

But just for you i will buy some and see if it cures my stomach ulcer, MRSA and irritable bowel syndrome ok!
While I am at it i think i might invest in some Virgin Siberian Pine Nut Oil!!!
lol

Yes. There has been various independant studies on manuka honey and they all came to the same conclusion. I looked it all up when i went to my gp complaining of a poor immune system, i was ill at least 4 times a year. He advised not to use vitimins as they aren't proven to strengthen the immune system. He instead advised to try manuka as well as keep fit, so I went and bought some. I've geniunely not been ill anywhere near 4 times a year as i was before, in fact i cant even remember when i was last ill and this has been 4 years now. This is purely down to this honey, I've changed nothing else in my diet.

Finally, nobody is saying it cures cancer, ibs or stomach ulcers. Its not a miracle honey, it wont cure anything that i know of. It does strenthen your inmune system though.

Google it properly and you'll see. But you'd need to buy the proper graded manuka.

As a bodybuilder and health fitness freak i can tell you it was probably your keeping fit that boosts your immune system more than anything else - if going to the gym and losing weight and increasing your metabolic rate can cure Diabetes Type II then perhaps you should try just one or the other so you can work out which one is helping you!

I did google it properly so thank you I have indeed been edified by some of the info provided and as I always say don't knock it until you have personally tried it but the Lidl Manuka is £5.89 yet this is £20 hmmmmm both from New Zealand?

But as I said i am giving it a go and going to buy some see if it helps my stomach ulcer.
I was only half kidding.

Well, you're wrong. The first year I didn't workout at all, Just took manuka honey. I worked out for 3 months in the entire year the year after. I was like you, couldn't believe anything like this could work, I took it still thinking it won't do jack all. Not all honey labelled as "new zealand manuka honey" has health benefits. Only the officially graded stuff can be trusted.

Is the lidl manuka graded? if not, its not to be trusted.

I took 15+ UMF rated manuka and it tasted like crap, but as I say, it works for immune support for me.
The Rowse is genuine read online they use in hospitals I take tea spoon full every morning
