Tesco links always ask that. I know it's a pain but it's not my fault that you must login to view their groceries online. Neither does it make the offer cold....

Vastly overpriced drinks to begin with, get slight reduction, leaving them still overpriced. Maybe thats why people are voting it cold.

My example in the title - Balvenie Signature 12 Year Old Malt Whisky is an exposition of the Traditional Art of the Malt Master, David Stewart. He skilfully marries aged Balvenie from the finest first fill Bourbon, refill and sherry casks to create this signature malt, characterised by honey, spice and subtle oak.
The cheapest price for this on a google shopping search is £31.95 from Master of Malt or The Whisky Exchange and £30.49 at Sainsburys.

Your attitude stinks. I didn't vote but your insinuation is that I voted cold, I was just pointing out what happens when you go to link, thats all trying to be helpful, unlike your comments.

And your point is? Its well known that the amount of money made on ANY spirit is ridiculous, with whiskeys in particular being a big culprit. The amount of shameless humbling marketing **** to go with it only makes it worse.

You've said it all yourself really. Wonderful marketing shilling from William Grant & Sons!

On the retail price of a bottle of whisky the amount that is tax is over 72%
The people making the most money on whisky is not the distillery, they get less that the Supermarket and of course less than the Government!
