If Asda have Marins at 1/10 I'll have three please!

A bike is a bike. Two wheels and a couple of pedals.

Asda £35..

Proper lol

Weird that it doesnt mention the brakes in the spec...cool bike.

Im a marin fan, they are quite overpriced normally though, so good deal if youre into them.

Ok - I'm now regretting my post (joke!) which some people may actually have believed and voted this cold as a result! Sorry

And can I add that EBC are a great dealer. I bought my son one of their own brand kids' bikes (which turned out to be a re-badged Raleigh for slightly less money than the Raleigh). When he complained that the brakes were't very good they replaced the levers with reach adjustable ones and fitted better cables - he loves his bike now and it's transformed a reluctant cyclist into a great hill-climber and mud-plugger!

Good value for money. I am still riding this bike every week at Glentress and it is perfect if you cannot afford a full suspension bike... this will go over anything you can find.....

I don't recommend that you use Asda bike for uphill or downhill... People will laugh at you ;-)

yeah this isnt really a £1000 bike is it.. more like the £675 it was reviewed at?

not a great deal really. Its a simple hardtail with poor equipment and air-sprung forks. What makes it stand out is the brand. The 999 rrp is out of the blue.
Not voted either way.

Pretty good price, but Small frame only available?

To be honest, most quality bikes are well overpriced just like this bike. For 600 pounds, it is a good buy when you want a quality frame with decent components. However it is only available in small size. shame tho!
