Bought this wheat& gluten free chicken pie 480g Marks and Spencer's Exeter when to self checkouts says £6 on the shelf Edge label has misprinted price says £3 when it should be £6 because it's their missprint/ mistake on the shelf they gave it for the £3.00,i think £3.00 is a good for the size of the pie&it gluten-free stuff is very expensive&it M&S Lol this missprint could be Nationwide or regional mistake on the ticket and they might also have it in the other Exeter Marks and Spencer's Exe Bridges as well.2831717.jpg

Have you ever eaten one of these? If so, what are they like?

I don't buy this range because it is prohibitively expensive. I buy the gf free bread and the gf chicken burgers but all the ready made meals, fish and pies in the gf range are ludicrously expensive IMPO.

They often have them reduced due to the use by date in my local stores but even with the reductions they still cost more than the non-gf stuff that still has long use by dates.

If the self checkout says £6 where is the deal or have i missed something.

Cheers for that I just edited to try and make it a bit more clearer.

I thought the same. If it was a misprint in one store that will now be rectified it's not really a deal everyone can get. Unless i have misunderstood what the deal is.

Yeah i just had that pie tonight with roast potato I would say it was brilliant for £3 but if I paid £6 it was good.

I might have had cake or biscuits from they Range but I've never bought from they other Rangers before I tend to look for a Range which is gluten-free dairy free even egg if I can.i don't eat a lot of gf bread and I don't have gf chicken burgers as I make my own wheat gluten dairy-free turkey burgers which are really nice I could make it with chicken, also do Turkey shepherd's pie it's a lot cheaper way of doing it,and ready meals and things like that are very expensive in general everywhere.

yeah reduced is still freakin expensive but eating with these dietary requirements is not a cheap thing Lol

Not a gf thing but about a year ago I got some cointreau gateaux from M&S - about £12.00 IIRC - for 17p at the end of the day when the use by date was up.

It was full of alcohol and sugar so probably could have lasted a month but it lasted me a whole week and, boy, did it taste good for that 17p. Never would have paid the £12.00.

But I am spoilt now knowing that I will never get a better deal than that! LOL.

This pie is in this weeks dine in for 2 for £10 at my local store

cold, needs glutens
