Welcome to HUKD. I am adding the price and retailer in the title to provide those in "text-only view" with a little more information. It's good practice to do so in future. I'm also adding a picture to the post. ]Emma's guide to submitting deals will help you to write even more informative deals in future!

Thankyou. 1st post not sure how to

Maybe the cold voters havn't seen the quality of M&S furniture. If the cold voters are comparing this to a steel tube cheapie from argos, then it isn't really fair.

I vote hot because it is worth the price, so any reduction makes this a good deal.

Good price for a solid wood bed & delivery & building, Have some heat, Top quality:thumbsup:

Agreed-voted hot.:)

some people don't know quaility just quantity!!!!

I bought this recently on the buy two pieces get the third free and bought another bed and the matching wardrobe to this and can definitely recommend it for quality and value but I think the previous 3 for 2 was a better price. Do remember that it comes with a very high quality mattress and all the furniture can fit either under the bed or as standalone pieces of funiture in that or another room so little one can have a den under the bed. It is also put together on site for you by M&S included in the cost which is great. Voted hot plus don't forget you get another 5% cashback on quidco. I spent over £1000 and got 12 months interest free credit and £90 cashback as they give on entire value of order :-)

I bought this for my son when it was this price earlier on this year and its fantastic, the delivery and build service was amazing and the quality is great. The price is great because it comes with a sprung mattress and when I was looking around for a bed, similar solid pine ones were the same price but didn't come with a mattress and many wanted high delivery costs. I would recommend this to anyone.

Typical - loads of glowing reports, but the usual cold votes, probably by the Argos brigade. Heat from me!

Heat added!

I'm guessing the majority of people are viewing it as "£400 for a kids bed, that's not a bargain?!"
I however agree with the posters, good price for a top quality item - Heat added.

Yes I could not agree more! I think this is happening more and more and really makes me not wanting to post any deals! Think people should only vote if they have a genuine interest in the product!

Good find. Voted hot. Thanks

Thankyou for all your positive comments. Its really great to see so many people appreciate quality! I think unfortunately we have become so used to MDF & chipboard - basically poor quality furniture, that sustainable solid wood is a rarity & sadly no longer appreciated! I admit this is a sizeable chunk of money but I used to work in a furniture store so I have seen what's out there! :-D

In a smaller or shared bedroom it's ideal as it's all the bedroom furniture for a child in one package. It has:

multiple drawers
storage shelves
hanging rail with doors
a pull out desk,

I think the OP appreciates that it isn't a cheap budget product, but it's a comprehensive package for a mid range real wood product which will last

I understand the "quality" element as my daughetr has a similar cheapo bed from Argos, with her toys underneath and its not very good quality - just saying £400 for a childs bed is expensive. My own bed is broke and I wouldnt pay this even for a bed for myself

Not sure abvout the quality of this bed but I bought a Reece Hideaway from M & S and the quality was awful. Easily chipped and marked. I waited 8 weeks to get it delivered and I only noticed the bad condition after the delivery men left. I then had to wait a further 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to get it uplifted again. It took so long that I had to dismantle it myself and store it in another room as I had to put my son's old bed back in! Just a warning about M&S returns!
