You'll either love or hate this deal!

Marmite gold 250g for only 99p at B&M.

Found in the Dundee store.

Marmite usually sells for about £2.50 for a 250g tub in Tesco etc, so this is really cheap if you like the stuff.

    I love it
These are VERY short dated ...if not out of date. The ones I have bought previously from B&M were dated FEB 2014. Being limited edition then they were a short production run ie. won't have much range in best before either. It isn't a problem for me but something to be aware of.

I didn't check the date on these, as I didn't buy it since I don't like the stuff

But for the people that do like it, it's really cheap and I'm sure they'll finish of a tub in no time!
    What's Marmite gold?

g8spur marmite gold has got little gold flakes in it... (Not real gold though)

If it's "best before" then totally ignore that. Marmite is absolutely fine.

You could leave the stuff unopened outside in the damp and wam and it wouldn't go bad.

I brought a dozen large size over to Spain as it's so expensive here and I just looked at a half used jar that still tastes good ( I love it )
and the best before date is June 07. That's the last of that batch and my next batch to start has a best before date of March 14 (and I still love it ). Crumpets and toast and add it to stews.

Now that's what i call out of date oO
Love it! Had quite a few from B&M in Sheffield city centre last year, don't know if they've still got them, will have to check. My OH is kicking himself as he bought a big jar from Sainsburys today! Love the gold one, the gold is very subtle and just gives it a sort of gold sheen when you spread it on toast (mmmm yummy!!)
