Really good price for these and I’d say the best of the Mars protein range.
19g of protein
4g of fat
22g of carbs, 13g of which sugars

Compared to its normal counterpart they’re pretty good.

Usually see these in places like B&M for 1.49 and protein/health food shops for 2.49

Not sure if I’m all stores, found in Wilko Sunderland

not the best protein bars (there's near parity between the sugar and protein content), but a good price all the same.
Totally agree there, not the best in the protein bar range, as it lets itself down on the sugars. I’d always favour something like the Grenade products as the macros on them boys are better, especially on sugar, but slightly higher in fat.

But grenade is sweetened and bulked with Maltitol with has almost the same effect on insulin as sugar

So you’re just one of them then, has nothing positive to say so goes and slams as many posts as possible. Grow up

No not the case. The snickers protein bar doesnt hide the fact it's high in sugar so don't have a problem with that. Grenade on the other hand market themselves as low carb when in fact they have just the same effect on insulin as the snickers bar.

Nah, they taste well nice . But yeah not the best in terms of nutrition
Far better/cheaper/healthier ways to get protein on the move rather than eat this kind of carp.

People reading way too much into this offer Jesus wept. People enjoy a protein snack. I get it. Yes you can - through real food. Honest to god, post what you think is a good DEAL not bloody good nutritional advice. Not once did I advocate getting protein through snacks like this. It’s better than a normal one. Do you ratify people who pick a yorkie over a twix and say ‘you can get better sugar from a bag of Tate Lyle!! No. Get over it. It’s a bloody good price compared to what they normally arw

It may be cheaper than what they normally are , but they're vastly overpriced for what they are in the first place ! They're priced high as they are being marketed as high in protein and good for those wanting extra protein, hence go and buy a cheaper, healthier, protein product.
You may as well just buy a 4 pack of regular Snickers/Mars for a £1.
I'm afraid you don't get that they are a waste of money in comparison !

You really don’t get it. Why sell these sort of things if they don’t sell. I personally chose them over a normal chocolate bar as majority of the time they’re better if you’re tracking macros than normal sweets. If I go to the cinema I take one and feel I’m not missing out on a chocolate based treat.
I’m not exactly gonna take a roast chicken in am i.
If you think these are over priced go into a health food shop and see grenade bars etc are 2.50 each. That’s over priced.
I can personally recommend Kvarg. great value, and great nutrition.

I’ve just had one for supper. Beautiful. Great macros too. Wish I posted that offer now. Well, it’s not an offer as they’re four for 3 quid in Asda all the time. 2 for 1.50 in Iceland.
If you have a Lidl near by check the milbona 22g protein yogurt. Identical to kvarg and 65p each.

I clear my local ASDA out every week.

Perfect bed time protein in comparison to having whey on a night. 91 cals per pot! Can you tell I follow macros.
Seriously though, try the Lidl ones, they’re lovely.
