Get Marth while you can. Nintendo has confirmed this is one of the discontinued Amiibos and won't be restocked. When they're gone, they're gone. Prices are already starting to skyrocket on this one!

Amiibos are not being discontinued, rather some may not supplied as much as others

No, they aren't discontinuing all of them, just some.

This has been backed up by some retailers saying they have been unable to re-order certain figures.

You said that Nintendo has confirmed that Marth is being discontinued. I still don't see where this is confirmed...

I see rumors that Marth, Villager and Wii Fit Trainer will not get restocked, but it's just rumors.

Nintendo have confirmed that some less well-known figures have been discontinued. Now we see that some less well-known amiibo characters are no longer available or are very difficult to find in stores. You can wait around for an official announcement specifying exactly what products have been discontinued if you'd like, but I doubt that'll ever come. Nintendo have a history of producing genuinely limited quantities of their product lines. If you're after these figures then now is the time to get them!

I don't need to wait, I already have them all. I just think it could be pretty foolish for someone to pay £60 for Villager and then have it be £10 after Christmas. Marth is commonly available in many Sainsbury's stores at the moment, too...
