Used them before for memory, no probs.

I have researched long and hard for a 1st gen case after getting the O2 deal last week and this is the one I went for (after getting a Belkin iphone case sent by mistake):

eoutlet.co.uk/Pro…382

Gets good reviews too.

would a lg viewty fit in one of these:whistling:

Probably not, they're a lot more chunky than this.

@ Huggie. Sorry, on iPod and forgot to quote!

nice one mate thanks:thumbsup:

It's actually £4.99 now, but I thought I'd vote it 'Hot', as I saw the other Marware case being posted. I was about to post my own deal for this but the system told me that mine would be a duplicate of this, so voted it 'Hot', and it's become a 'Hot Deal' after 3 months...

I love this case, and mine just snapped at the side after a year. I needed a quick replacement, so bought it for £19.95 from Micro Anvika, and as soon as this one from MyMemory arrives I'll be taking this back to MA for a refund ;-)

Cheers

Voted HOT and purchased one.

Seen these a few days back in 02 for around 15 quid.

I actually paid £20 for this when it was first available last year, when I got my iphone. Absolutely rock solid case, its only beginning to show signs of age after heavy daily use for 12 months. Very highly recommended at this price!

Mind you, this case has a horrible design! Why leave a big chuck … Mind you, this case has a horrible design! Why leave a big chuck unprotected?

Because it's designed to be attached to your belt, makes it easier to remove the phone and not really any risk of getting scratched there.

HOT vote from me, with Winter rapidly approaching I was already thinking of picking up a belt clip phone case to use through the jumper season, ideal:thumbsup:

[EDIT]Just ordered, went through Quidco for the 6% earnings(about 30p, every little helps;-)).

Its showing up as £4.99 now.

As if you wouldn't buy it as its a quid dearer now! This is £20 at Micro Anvika. It's a quality case.

Have you guys tried ebay? There's some cut throat competition going on there for cases. I won't qoute individual sellers as i'm not entirely sure on policies on HUKD and don't want to get blocked on my first post. :whistling:

The biggest problem with this case is not the actual case, but the clip. This type of case pops off the belt easily while sitting down. Sometimes slowly enough that you don't notice that it has come off until you get up and your phone/case falls on the floor. I speak from experience. On the Tube with the narrow arm rests is the worst. It is embarrassing when some stranger taps you on the shoulder to hand you your phone back if at all.

The best type of clip should be in the shape of the letter J with the little hook at the bottom that catches the belt when upward pressure is applied. Yes it takes two hands to remove the case without slipping your belt off, but at least you know its still there. That or a completely closed loop that stays on your belt until you manually take it off.
