This is the lowest price I have seen for this item. (e.g. £34.00 at Lakeland). It gets good reviews everywhere.

With the Masha you can enjoy smooth, lump-free mashed potato in just 20 seconds. Using patented ROTOR-CONE technology, the Masha’s low speed rotor forces the food mixture through the outer mesh. This produces mash with a perfect consistently and no lumps. A spring-loaded mechanism locks the shaft when the power unit is detached, allowing the rotor blade to be removed with a simple turn and click.

The Masha is also great for hummus, guacamole and baby food, and the special aerator attachment makes light and fluffy meringues, cake mix, batter and whipped cream in a flash. It is easy to use with a simple on/off control, and has a perfectly balanced weight distribution, along with a comfortable, non-slip handgrip. Furthermore, the Masha’s foot clicks off and can be popped in the dishwasher.

This would be great for people with power loss to hands or arms, inc. seniors and people with disabilities.

You will not get the same results with a standard potato masher and a fork as you will with this.
