Mass Effect trilogy DLC on PC for half price!
So after playing it through on the Xbox 360 and getting the trilogy on PC I was disappointed to find out that the DLC is still not included in a package. You have to buy each DLC separately. However with Origin.com's current deal offering 50% off everything, I tried it with Bioware points through Origin and it works! For instance Mass Effect 3 Citadel costs 1200 Bioware points which works out at £12.00 add ORIGIN50 code and those 1200 Bioware points become £6!

For some reason the ME1 DLC isn't available through Origin but you can buy all of Mass Effect 2's DLCs and Mass Effect 3's DLCs at the 50% off mark.

It's ridiculous how Bioware/EA have not released a GOTY/Difinitive Edition with all DLC bundled in one complete package.
I refuse to buy it on PC until they do that at the very least.

love the series but the way they have dealt with the DLC is crap. £6 is still far too much for citadel. The whole collection should be available for £40. Might still happen with Andromeda coming out.

Still best deal available. hot.

I know, the other annoying thing is that the DLC for xbox and PS3 have been on sale/discounted many times yet the PC versions have never to my knowledge dropped from the steep prices.

Thankfully just the ME3 are the most expensive one's, for example I bought ME2 Kasumi Stolen Memory for 540 bioware points (£2.20 with the ORIGIN50 code) and Lair of the Shadow Broker is 800 (down to £4 with the code).

How did you manage to do this? Origin keeps saying the Bioware Points are not eligible for the Promo Code on mine

I'd also be interested to know how you got this code to work with Bioware Points? I've tried the browser and Origin application, both give the message:

"This promo code does not apply to one or more items in your cart. Please make sure your cart contains only items that are eligible for this promo code before proceeding."

I have the game on PS3, think I might just dust that off and play it since citadel's £4.79 on sale just now. I think it's stupid you can't just buy the DLC on origin with actual money rather than needing bioware points.

grrrrr, that'll show them

loved it at original release with controller support on console. tried it many years later on PC and it didn't even have controller support.

felt dated anyhow but will be getting the new one.

That's odd. It worked straight away for me on the origin app. I went to the game page then selected dlc/extras where it shows all the add ons then selected one it said I needed bioware points. Selected a bio ware points package for example 1600 bioware points went through the checkout until I could add the promo code and it took the 50% off each time. The only thing I can think of is that they've realised this and removed it. Try it this way if you can and let me know if it's still working.

yep looks like they've blocked the code working on bioware points now
