MY deal went cold at -229 degrees yet this deal is £6 MORE at £11 yet it has gone hot at 472 degrees. UNBELIEVEABLE. BTW mine was 13 amps. The exact same extension

Chill out Donald

Super deal & just what I need at the moment! Thanks for sharing.
2.4kW max.
These are just so irritatingly annoying trying to get back neatly on the holder, much prefer an extension cable!

Thanks for this! My leaf blower is 3kW so I better not risk it.

Yes. They have quoted either the amperage or the wattage incorrectly, probably the wattage. The price-match on Amazon has the part number CT1510P, which is the 10 amp version. There is an identical looking one with the part number CT1513P, which is the 13 amp version (and costs more).

Would this power a load of Christmas lights? I’m thinking 4 sets of led lights? :/ I need something to run to a weather proof box.

I hate these too! It takes longer to put away than it takes to do the job it was used for.

Get one on reel!

LED lights draw almost no power, so you should be fine. In fact, this would support 24 old style 100 watt incandescent bulbs.
All extension leads should be fully extended before use, so winding them up is horses for courses. The cable reels sometimes get stuck.

Yes of course. I always unwind them fully. It is much easier though to get them wound back when on a reel than onto these plastic holders.
Shame is not 13A but good deal regardless
How is splashproof the same as weatherproof?

It's the way this website works. Doesn't matter about the actual deal just who posts it. Anything posted by certain members is guaranteed to go hot regardless of whether it's a deal or not

Great deal, I bought this a long time ago and it's been so useful when using the pressure washer outside or the hedge trimmer etc. Just bought 2 from Amazon, another for me, 1 for my Dad.
