Its 15cm not inches which equates to about 6 inches so it is pretty small, still a good price though.

i got one from halford a few months ago for £3 & it oscillate as well

still a good deal if you can get one

These actually work quite well for the size, we have 2 of these

Gas.:D

ordered mine yesterday and it is on solar kind of a bad deal since my room is pretty dark...

now I'm serial: too bad it's out of stock where I live

i have one, sometimes take it abroad, easy enough to fit in a case, ideal for when you just need a breeze or if no aircon, won't blow your socks off but not bad for size, plus it's a sturdy little thing

There is a crank handle on the back and you wind it.... I get the 3 year old to turn the handle most of the night and it works a treat... much better than those pesky electrickery ones...

The OP probably should have noted that it's reserve and collect only - bizarrely, there actually isn't a Currys in Liverpool city centre any more (where I work without aircon!), so no luck for me then (and, no, Dixons and PC World don't stock this fan at all before you ask).

Chersterfield, Mansfield and Sheffield (Chesterfield Road) all out of stock

ha ha very funny... the reason i asked how it is powered, is because i desperately need one for work, but it needs to be battery powered, as i aint allowed to plug anything in!!

not available in london ...

Picked 2 up from Currys @ Winterstoke Road, Bristol today. Thanks OP.

They had more on the shelf - also a larger version (9") for 7.99 on offer - also Matsui.

The ones listed here were priced at 9.98 in-store - so have to reserve online to get this price.
