Shame they don't seem too weatherproof.

"I got these shoe when I got a new bike for commuting. They are very comfortable, easy to get on and off and are rigid enough for my 40km commute. They also look okay with jeans etc for when off the bike. I've even worn them to a wine tasting! On sale these are excellent value. Only quibble is that they are not very weather proof and get soaked when I get caught in the rain. I'll probably get a pair of overshoes for the winter."

Yeah they are noted as a softshell so defo not weather proof. Ordered a pair for dry commutes and spin class.

Personally I've never found an SPD shoe yet that is weatherproof; always have to resort to overshoes in the rain.
