I've bought 4 of these, one each for me and my wife's cars and one each for parents cars. I never paid over £100, the cheapest was from amason £79 and the most expensive from mothercare £99.99

I have a familyfix. Godsend especially if you have a three door car like myself. Just 'dock' the carseat in and go. No wrapping the seatbelt round it.

Only issue is you HAVE to buy the pearl car seat next and you can't wrap a belt round the pearl so if grandparents take the little one out then they have to get another seat or another base.

i dont think im going to bother with the pearl.. other seats look better to be honest! but at 112 its rude not to get the family fix i think i'll get my money back when i need a bigger seat

I bought ours over a 3 month period, I accept at this present time the price is high, that is why I waited and bought them over a 3 month period, when prices dropped. I might add one was bought from smyths when they had 20% off sale.

All are the family fix!

If I could rewind time I would not have gone down the Maxicosi route, there is far better out there, but you learn with experience.

I picked up a family fix from boots about a month ago for around £80 where they had a save £30 if you spend over £100 deal on.

Now the 2way base is out, I'm sure this and the 'ordinary' Pearl will soon be discontinued

Lol, I guess ppl are confusing Familyfix with Easyfix. Good price, btw what's the difference between Easyfix and Familyfix?

Bought a familyfix, Pearl seat with a brand new limited edition denim cover on eBay for £71 delivered. I only wanted the base as we'd been given a seat already but it was cheaper to get both together.

newer seat won't fit the easy fix. I don't think people are getting confused, as there are big differences between the two. I think some people are lazy and don't search out the deals, then moan and disbelieve people who do there research and find good deals.
