Its handy at night makes you go into a deep sleep more deep sleep more recovery (grow big ) lol i dribble side of my chin lol when taking zma i sleep so well try it its great

I sleep well aswell but you sleep deeper with zma any brand will ive tried many over the years they help with you body to recover better because the ingredients have been proven to put you a deeper sleep than normal read about if you dont understand try it before you question it 📖😁

I know all about ZMA but I dont need it. I get enough through the food I eat. I not questioning the need for Zinc, Magnesium or B6. I'm questioning why you would need to supplement.

I dont need ZMA. I'm currently 5ft 10" 213lbs@ 12% bodyfat can go lower if I wanted to. All done with proper food and the occasional protein shake

Yeah they definitely work, I’ve used this and melatonin (3mg), they’re both good sleep aids. Little bit of sluggishness in the morning but nothing a strong coffee won’t sort out

They do you take them an hour before bed and you just fall nicely to sleep they like natural sleeping pills without the crap
