A couple of Maximuscle flapjacks should hit the £65 mark

what does this shake actually do for you? and what can you gain from it?

thanks

It gives you protein for muscle repair after INTENSIVE exercise and kidney damage from inappropriately supplementing with creatine at the wrong time which will make you retain water and make you believe its working real well and you are a professional bodybuilder. If you take this supplement make sure you cycle it 8 weeks on 4 weeks off and do not take if you are a drinker, on strong meds or have kidney or liver problems.

Its really a retarded way to take protein and creatine at the same time with some multivitimins and fats thrown in, in cheap to manufacture and easy (lazy) to consume powder form.

Train Hard, Eat Well, Sleep well (supplement little)

^^

This really!

Get a decent whey protein - I use MP at around £9 per kilo & add 5g creatine mono ed if you want creatine too.

Protein shakes are not miracle dust - it's just food (to supplement an already decent diet)

To answer your question it does absolutely nothing. Research after research in labs shows protein shake does absolutely nothing. Research has shown that the top most body builder are totally fine with an egg each day! The ppl marketing these useless stuff uses technical and medical sweet terms to sell these stuff. I've been body building for 4 years and don't consume these things. As long as you eat well, the essential amino acid needed for muscle hypertrophy comes from your food already.
Creatine is the only supplement worth taking.

As long as you eat descent food you don't need protein shake at all.

Still expensive at 25 quid... you're paying for a name

Oh and at 50% or something daft protein content...

Maxi supps are bad only people who does cannot understend nutrition buy them - 30% sugar "lean gains" lol nice joke

each to their own...
every body reacts differently to supplements, so good luck to those who use supplements.
