Enlighten the novices in the room

Avoid both these products as they have 14g+ of sugar per serving. They were £9.99 for a while in Homebargains. I threw mine away when I realised it was just useless sugar.

I believe these products have been discontinued due to the high amount of sugars. The newer ones all have aroung 1g of sugar per serving.

i would ask about expiry date, last time argos had one around similar price but after i called i found out 2 months left till expiry

Promax is 80% whey net so 80g of whey protein for 100g powder, the Max sustain is 40g protein from milk powder and cheap soya per 100g of powder.
