Reminds me of the time when I first asked my secretary if she'd like to use my dictaphone.
I'll never forget her face!

Thats a question only Derek Acorah can answer
Just ordered. Might help for when I completely switch off in meetings and have to pretend I know what people are talking about
Aldi are terrible for lack of specs on their website . Cant see if it has a port for an external mike , or record from a telephone ? Presume mono not stereo.. There are lots of Dictaphones in this price bracket. Some wont record a lecture and are too quiet , some record lots of hiss for some reason . I would not buy one without seeing any reviews first.

I have several Dictaphones and they are pain to navigate the folders and know whether it is working / recording or not.
If only my old fashioned portable cassette recorder and not broken . You could see the cassette moving , you knew it was working , and could record telephone conversations or lectures etc with ease. I dont know if someone still makes them , but sometimes old tech is better than new tech.
