This is a real budget break if your are strapped for cash when trying to find a family holiday this year. I appreciate it is during term time but if your children are under school age then this is perfect for you.

The price is for the Hotel and Flight to Portugal for 7 Nights all inclusive.

Please do not expect the ritz here we are talking about £137pp all inclusive, there are several hotels to choose from but obviously your price will reflect what you are getting for your money. Personally I feel a hotel which is rated 3 out of 5 on trip advisor at £137pp is a bargain

To keep this price to a bare minimum I have not included checked in luggage. Each traveler is allowed to take on board a small case and as the flight is with Easyjet they do not have a weight restriction, just ensure you are within the size restrictions.

Transfers should be shopped around for, they are relatively cheap in the Algarve and I would suggest looking at companies such as Travel hoppa and be sure to make sure you use cashback and/or the latest discount code they have on offer.

Consider booking your flight direct at easyjet as not only will you save a couple of pound but you will have peace of mind that your flight is booked instantly. Using an agent means they need to go onto book your flight on your behalf and the price can hike during this time.

SubshineStacey great find. Heat added. Don't suppose you know of any all inclusive deals for Caribean leaving end of April for 2 weeks for 2 people?

3 star, hmmm.

Great price aye

Some really bad reviews for this accomodation. Would go if I could find a decent hotel so still looking.

The deals available for term time are amazing! Really struggling to find one somewhere warm for the 5 of us in the Easter hols. Well, that doesn't cost a fortune lol.

SunshineStacey, keep an eye out for hols first week of June in Vegas I'm looking for somewhere (for 2 adults)

Sea would be a bit chilly this time of year?

Stacey loves a holiday post. Heat added xx

Clube Praia Da Rocha - stayed there in Oct 2013 all inc studio apartment- bit rough and ready and looks worse from the outside than the inside, but we found nice friendly staff & great service with a shop if the food doesn't suit you, nice beach, warm sun & lots of bars nearby. Food & drink available practically all day with spirits after 8pm only all inclusive. Not bad - don't expect the ritz but would go back as a base.

Hen do suitable? would think so!

A pool view room gets you a sunny balcony but expect noise from below as the bar & esp smokers overspill onto the poolside at night Its a short walk up a steep bank to the fabulous beach & the main strip & there are bars on the beach itself - well worth the walk. There are lots of Irish bars in the resort and its popular with British & Irish & most menus displayed outside are in English as well. Although the strip was really quiet as it was October- there are lots of bars & a nightclub - the hotel bar was busy.

From Derry or Belfast during the holidays you gota be kidding lol. Checked some out earlier (although where for 1 week not 2) try the search here and then go to "calendar view" after the search results come up...last few days in June heading into July came up reasonable to Turkey/Tunisia/Bulgaria. Try also the "deals finder" at OnTheBeach though normally don't book through them you'll find it cheaper elsewhere on TravelRepublic or Alpharooms just use them to find the dates and the flight carrier/hotel combo normally use OTB as a "base price".

Stacey this is my 1st time looking for hol abroad 2 friends an 2 6yr old can you give me any tips please?

At the risk of sounding like an idiot. Is there any specific method to finding holiday deals?

The majority of the really good deals I see here often depart from London and my closest airports are Manchester and Liverpool.

I'm generally looking for a nice 4* All Inclusive Sunny holiday - But don't really want to pay the £400 p/p price tag that normally comes with them!

So I guess what I'm asking is - Are the certain searches that display better deals? Or certain websites?

Thanks

Any hotel rated 3/5 on Trip Advisor is worth a miss. Trip advisor ratings are a measure of living up to expectation, not on quality. A 3 star hotel that lives up to expectation will get 4-4.5 stars - anything less and there is something wrong.

I've stayed here. Went oct 1/2 term last for just over £500! For the price you cannot complain!! (Although some do!!) local beach is BEAUTIFUL!

Just be a bit careful at night, one of my friends got punched 'for being British' in a club over there. Some of them must still be sour of the whole falkland thing oO

Praia da Rocha is a perfectly decent and well located place to stay. Our room was, I would say, basic plus and certainly adequate for needs. No luxury but then miles below luxury price. Situated in great location next to lovely beach. If you want a rental car, www. localcars.pt are a great company. Good prices especially at that time of year

Sorry this hotel doesn't seem to accommodate more than a party of four.

I stayed in Club Praira Da Rocha a few years back now and it was dreadful, room was dirty, people wandering around with bottles, teenagers throwing up, never again!

I stayed in this hotel late Nov - early Dec 2013, so about 5 weeks ago.

Booked through low cost holidays and monarch plus rented a car from avis via avios using points so that was 'free'. If you have no points book a car anyway with avis or europcar...as it's so much cheaper than hotel transfers (if not included) .

Overall i payed what approx what people are paying here pp but i didn't need 4 people just my partner and I. Actually i paid a bit less come to think about it.

The room was large and came with a hob... but didn't need it as all inclusive, the hotel was good and as i paid so little i was blown away with what we got. (Needed 10 euro deposit for tv remote)

All inclusive is crazy here! Beer (local made super bock)/ wine on tap when ever you want and later you get limited cocktails. Plus free hot and cold drinks throughout.

The 'snacks' are actually burgers and hot dogs and plenty of chips opposed to nuts which is great....well i put weight on!

The staff were nice and the hotel was in good condition. As it was winter we had the indoor heated pool. Games room was large (squash, tennis, pool... but had to pay a lot per each one)

Overall they live up to 'all inclusive'. Just leave taste buds and class at the airport. If you expect 5* for this little you need a nice little shake? Actually if you expect 5*, 5, 4, 3.... just be happy!

I don't regret going, really enjoyed it. However I just wouldn't go again. Does that make sense? It's lunch now so ill stop writing as im starting to remember the over cooked, mushy food, lol! If you're poor like me - go and be happy. If you have more money take a 5* cruise.

Simon
p.s my partner says - if you just want sun and easy access to the beach GO! If you want comfort and a nice holiday/luxary DON'T

SunshineStacey, can you find any all inclusive deals in april or may to Egypt or malta please, thanks

Hi Stacey
Feel a little guilty doing this, sure you have much better things to do with your time.
Very tempted by this deal you have found, but wondering if you have spotted any deals for Morocco (Marrakesh) for the wife and I. A week in the sun May time out of the school hols?
Thanking you in anticipation.
