Just a heads up, please read some of the reviews on Cadbury World before deciding. I've heard a lot of bad things!

Banned

I must agree.
I've seen so many negative comments but I always wanted to go. also the long drive puts me off

I went about a year ago and it was kind of boring and over within about an hour and a half! Not worth the drive imo

Kids have been with school they say "its alright" but have never asked to go again and we are only an hour away so I wouldn't make a special effort.

We have been twice. It's not what you expect as they don't really make anything there these days. Nothing much to see on the factory side but displays and historical side if good. 6- 12 year olds might like it but part of the fun day is to finish in the play frames area at the back. Kids to old for that won't get the full benefit so need to go on a dry day. It's worth going if you are in driving range for a day out and have kids that are happy to look at stuff. Not really a lego land or alton towers if you know what I mean.

Heat added for the effort

Hastings on Mayday is incredible
Jack in the green festival all weekend huge procession through the old town on Mayday 10am ish
Large event on the west hill in the afternoon as the spirit of summer is released

Also on Mayday is the 1066run the largest free to attend motorbike event in the UK upwards of 30000 bikers. Mid morning onwards

All in all an amazing free day out!!
(chips not included in offer!!)

TNXS (_;)

unfortunately some of the tours outside UK will be equal to the tours made going around inside UK.

Flamingo Land link is showing 3 for 2, not 2 for 1.

This should have more likes this is brilliant for the price. IMO twinlakes is one of the best under 10s attraction Iv ever been too and plenty to do for older kids too and with this offer you get two more attractions and an overnight stay and if you don't have time you can save the tickets for another day until the end of 2017. This is a brilliant price for a family.

I can't seem to find the £10 tickets for kidzania, comes up at £16.50 for adults and 30 something for kids?

Kids can gain free entry when accompanied by a paying adult to many attractions with a blue peter badge and card.

List of attractions can be found here

bbc.co.uk/cbb…ons

These include Alton towers, Thorpe Park, LegoLand, Ariel Extreme, Blackpool zoo, Sea life centres plus much much more.

Some attractions let two children in with one paying adult like Eureka, Lego discovery, Whitby Abbey.

Yeah sadly its a 3 for 2 offer not 2 for 1

hotukdeals.com/vou…702

Lightwater valley theme park entry for £15 pp Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th April.

lightwatervalley.co.uk/eve…fer

EASTER15 and guarantee entry for yourself and up to 5 accompanying guests for just £15.00 per person (anyone over 1 metre in height)

Or avoid commercialism and the crowds altogether. Go for a country walk and let all your senses appreciate the wonders of nature.

As others have said I couldn't recommend Cadbury World, it's a shell of it's former self now.

Thanks though OP, some fantastic effort on your part.

Merlin attractions are unfortunately no longer part of the Blue Peter card scheme. They still do the 2 for 1 on some cereal boxes etc though - or if you have a friend who is a passholder who you can go along with they can book at a reduced rate online
