Took a similar offer last year and regretted it once we arrived there. The facilities at Hayling island are in a sorry state, rooms are smelly and our bed mattress was ripped- another sign of an overall neglected place. Food was a buffet with limited options- a cheap cafe style.

Most of the facilities like crazy golf, trampolines etc seemed to be begging for an overhaul.

No matter what offers are available It’s really not worth the money if you are thinking of a fun weekend with kids.

1 adult +1 child is it a father's for justice offer?

Lots of single parents out there, both men & women

Hayling Island, hmmm maybe not

What is wrong with Hayling Island? just curious
Would help if OP said where it is - a Mod/Ed should know better, unless it was a deliberate attempt to get heat through ignorance?

Because everyone knows where 'Mill Rythe Holiday Village' is? Why not just add it to the headline to help readers rather than being argumentative? I notice they don't seem to want to make it very clear themselves - describing it simply as 'Hampshire'. Is there something very wrong with Hayling Island (never been there) to cause them to keep it a secret?

Chuck the boy in the pool and then go look to apply sun cream to the single mums
Please don’t do it!!!!
Got an even better deal two years ago
£150 for 4 nights halfboard
It was the worst!!!!!
Drunken fights outside the rooms
Our room was an absolute hell hole (although some had recently been upgraded)
We left early in the end

Honestly this is not a holiday- my kids would have rather been at home

It depends what you are used to but I am quite sure that this would not be a pleasant stay for most normal people
Could it be they have donkeys there as well?:/

I have a friend who’s goes here- her words “cheap, but you get what you pay for”.

Check Trip Advisor maybe before going..........

This is exactly what my friend said! She said because it is very cheap, it does attract some trouble makers.
How did this rubbish end up on the highlights page?
I used to work on mill rythe haven holiday camp, hated the area, mind you that was about 20 years ago lol

This seems to be the trouble nowadays, we went to Pontins and paid next to nothing during school holidays. For what we paid it was great, same as this. Unfortunately people seem to be unable to come to terms with getting what you pay for and also the idea that something dirt cheap probably attracts the sort of person who can afford dirt cheap.

If your idea of a weekend away is on Richard Branson's private island, this probably isn't for you. But this is a family trip away, with food and some entertainment for £300. Good deal IMO
Can you not this for £9 from the sun?
