Not an amazing month but it's definitely better than the Plus games.

The Evil Within 2

The sequel to the highly acclaimed horror game from Bethesda. The Evil Within 2 dives even deeper into the psychological horror for an intense ride. Our review by is linked here and gives it very high praise. Be sure to check it out.

Rainbow Six Siege

Although this game had a rocking beginning, Siege has evolved into an unexpected success from launch. Ubisoft is no stranger to supporting their games regardless of how they launch. When Ubisoft believe in a project, they nurture it with the community to make it something special. For Honor, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, and Tom Clancy’s The Division are some examples of others.

Get Even

Toes the line between a Walking Simulator and First Person Shooter brilliantly.

Both the Now and Plus games stink this month, the latter almost like a 2 finger up to it’s customers. Sorry, but they need to be trying a lot harder on their subscription deals and offerings at the moment.

There's 800+ games on PSNow. I paid £37 for a year sub, roughly £3 a month. Your sense of entitlement is lamentable.

You need to subscribe to PS Now, then open PS now from your playstation and choose the game you want, then either stream it or download it.

These games are for Sony subscription service which is called PlayStation Now. You have to pay a monthly fee to access them

Cheers that’s what I thought. Let the ps+ expire and went for ps now instead
Downloads are not up yet. Not sure what time they refresh.
Disappointing.
Even more disappointing if you have both subs. PS+ May games were on PS NOW for a while...

No wonder the ps plus month is ****, they need to make ps now attractive. I aint ever getting both. In fact any ever again. Justbgonna buybthe games out right once they are cheap.
That's great, it's free (apart from the £50 annually fee)
Heat from me! Spider-Man alone I feel has justified me buying a years worth a ps now in the sale last month. Evil within 2 and siege have been on my wish list a while! Enjoying the problem I have at the moment of having too many games to play

I think Sony PS Now offers quite a bit. I have both consoles and have UGP etc but not PS Now. Went to check it out yesterday and was surprised by the amount of titles you get. Especially love the SCHMUPS which MS don't offer much of so my opinion is changing about PS Now.
I just think some people need to change their expectations of what they get from a service that can be had for about £3 a month, Spider-Man, tomb raider, control, evil within 2, PUBG, Siege, shadow of Mordor. If you expect triple A games every month then head to a retailer and buy them. If you want games to pass the time, have fun and enjoy then pay the £3-4 a month it can be had for and quit whining because “ I wanted red dead two and resident evil 3” - go buy some psn credit and download them then

How many of those are old PS3 stream only games and emulated PS2 games? It doesn’t include online gaming for the games you own and it’s actually £50 a year.

In any case, what I was eluding to was the fact that, in my opinion, just Evil Within 2, Rainbow Six Siege and Get Even isn’t good enough for a 1 month addition. If you think differently that’s up to you.

It is £40 at shopto or CDkeys and recently on sale for £37.49. Works out £3.12 a month. If you can expect more for £3.12 a month than the evil within 2 and rainbow six siege ( I know nothing about get even ) then I suggest you buy a euromillions ticket tonight. It’s a subscription service they add games to per month I honestly don’t know what you expect to receive for the equivalent of 10 pence per day.

I’m referring to the quality of just the 3 games being added in a 1 month period. What you can get it for from a 3rd party is a irrelevant. It’s not £3.12 a month, the service costs £49.99 for 1 year, payment upfront, otherwise it’s £8.99 a month and this is what the value should be based on. We don’t know what is going to be added each and every month, but with just 3 random titles, the chance of wanting to play a game we haven’t played or own already is quite low.

£40 and can be had for cheaper. Why do you subscribe then just to moan about the games when they have always added new titles per month, wouldn’t it be easier to unsubscribe and buy the games outright you want? You’re pretty much moaning about the concept of the service that you pay for then moaning that the games aren’t up to your standard, clearly you don’t like the service, so why don’t you unsubscribe instead of just moaning about what is essentially an extremely well stacked library of decent games for next to nothing when you work it out. You’re moaning about the concept, the games and the price, you say value should be based on price - even at £50 per year that’s pretty much one game. Spider-Man, control and tomb raider eclipse £50 and that was just March and April’s offering, never mind the other 800 games you can play or download anytime. I guess if I were you I’d just unsubscribe.

Its £50 a year if you buy direct which as someone who comes here knows you can get things cheaper, so you making that point I find hilarious

Also theres nothing wrong with there being PS3 and PS2 games, the more the merrier, dont know why you think that's something to point out as if it's detrimental

And you didn't just allude to the games not being good enough, you went on to insinuate that Sony are practically insulting us, which is bordering on fanboy territory commentary. You may not like the games but the service is excellent and good value for money, well worth my £3 a month, less than the price of a new game a year.

Can I give Sony £3 for a month? No, I have to stump up £50 to get it at a greatly reduced rate. Also, I don’t have a problem with older games, I embrace them. What I do have a problem is with streaming the PS3 catalogue. As good as the Gaikai technology is, if your available internet quality isn’t great, a large part of the catalogue isn’t useable.

I’ll stand by my opinion that having these 3 games in 1 month, coupled with the 2 niche games added this month on Plus (a separate expense) isn’t great value. When you have come through the free 15 games a month on Plus during the PS3, reduced to 9, then 4 or 5 and now just 2, yeah, I see a change in value. This is my opinion, and going by the current rating on this deal, I guess I’m not alone.

Regarding Cities Skylines and Farming Simulator 19, the 2 Plus games for this month, yeah, absolutely. And again, I’m not alone on this: techradar.com/new…les and m.youtube.com/wat…=6s a channel that has loyal subscribers who wouldn’t usually say boo to a goose. 16k downvotes? Come on. I might come across as whining but we all need both Sony AND MS to be pulling out all the stops going into next gen and that means great value and a solid understanding of what their fans want.
