Florida is always the place where I end up with an appalling sickness bug, never been able to figure out why.

The Ramada Maingate West is a 3* Motel/Hotel which is rated 2.5 on Trip Advisor (based on 810 reviews), 6.2 on Booking.com (based on 65 reviews) and 2.2 on Google Reviews (based on 56 reviews)

WOW - super hot!

Sunshine thanks for your posts, but can I please ask why your posts are for 2 adults + 1 infant rather than what I would consider more probable 2 adults + 2 kids?

Did you really lol? Really?

We went with Cosmos in May three years ago, think we paid slightly more than this for just two of us. Awesome holiday.

Tip for the car hire: take your time getting to the airport rental place, when the cheap cars run out you get a free upgrade. We didn't do this and ended up with a rubbish KIA.

Also time Disney right and you can be there for Star Wars Weekends.

Orlando deals always look good, but factor in park tickets and it's super expensive. In fact, for two adults and one child tickets to the Disney parks, Universal parks and Sea World parks will cost you over £1200.

That figure was using the pricing offers with this deal oO

As normal the car hire may not be a good deal if you have to add on the cdw and/or supplementary insurance..... Sometimes it's cheaper not to accept the free insurance and get a car from alamo Brits that comes with all the insurance you need.

The hotel offers free park shuttle anyway so you dont even really need the car hire unless you are planning on getting around a bit

No problem it maybe seems a bit steep to us, but remember that their carparks are huge, so they have loads of transporter/ train type things going all day and there's plenty of staff on duty too so I guess it has to be paid for. At least once you get to a Disney park, you can hop between the other parks on their shuttles, so only one to pay for each day... unless you fancy doing non-linked parks

We've never used the shuttles on any of our visits, but I love driving over there so I've never considered it. A friend of ours refused to drive so went everywhere on the shuttle and had no issues

shows £505.50pp to me for some reason, flights departing 31/May/14 from Gatwick. Any pointers?

The vote does little compares to the person that says "I just booked this" or "I just got back from a holiday you shared".

Priceless

Infants usually only cost around £50 due to no seat on the plane being required. So £500 per adult is about right. Voted hot, £500 is a good price per adult for 2 weeks.
