If I buy two and put them in the same garden will they battle to the death without provocation or will I need to provoke one by saying the other cuts better ?!?

Got one prime day... Sent it back earlier in the week with a battery problem and got a replacement at this price. Have to say I think it's great, what surprised me most however is it's designed to work all day everyday. Default is 7am to 11pm. It's almost silent and keeps the garden permanently looking good.

I'm 42 and have a four day unshaven face so I also qualify... imagine if you did turn up to next series of robot wars with one of these...lo
I am very tempted to get this after being mightily impressed with an iroomba robotic vacuum cleaner. Since I’m even less likely to get my other half to cut the lawn, this might just be the answer. Thanks for positing. Camel camel camel shows that it’s occasionally this price but, so far, not lower.

No use for a lawn mower at the moment. Now if anyone has a deal on green dye for grass?
Does the wire have to be sunk around the edge of the lawn? (I have an irregular shaped lawn, football playing kids, and can see myself cutting it with the strimmer)

Doesn't have to be, it soon beds down but I would bury it where you intend to strim. Burying it isn't a fun job!

Thanks @nick_sub. I was just thinking that the other problem I've got is a smaller lawn at the front which means that I still need to get the mower out. I'm all for a new gadget though!
We’ve had the flymo 1200r for a year and a half, so if anyone has any questions on robomowers im happy to help. Highly recommended.

The line has to be continuous from the docking station but it can do separate lawns. If it can't make its own way you can manually move it to the front. If it can make its own way down a channel. You can tell it what percentage to start in each zone.
got the flymo 1200 on prime day same sort of thing well worth the money took me about a hour to run the wires round the border and put in the guide wire so it can find its way home never had to touch the grass since i have reset the times as it dosnt need done every day no grass clippings to get rid of either
I think this machine is exactly the same as the Flymo 1200R. I think the only difference is that it comes with 50m extra boundary wire. We run ours on much more than 400sq metres without any problems. Great deal, the 1200R has rarely been cheaper than this.

Please, please somebody take this to the "Robot Wars" and explain to Dara how you've spent all 20 mins buying it !
Presumably the big drawback is there is a high likely hood some kind person is going to nick it from your garden?

Same principles. In the manual it quotes different required times for the smaller r600 Vs the the r1000. For the same sized lawn the r1000 would need to be scheduled for a third less time. Not sure if that means bigger battery or wider cutting arc or both, but there is a difference. The 1200r is recommended for 400 sq meters. This is for 1000
I thought it was an airfryer by the picture.

I found the answer to this. The machine is identical, it just had a different limit set for the number of hours mowing per day.
