For me it absolutely is.

I used to buy own brand flour but I was never happy with the results, cakes would always be heavy and stodgy.

My cakes are much more tasty and lighter when I use better quality flour. I find Be-Ro very good. I haven't tried McDougall's yet, this might tempt me.

i like a good quaility flour for my cooking. own brand isn't the same. this was selling in sainsbury's for £1.29 before, so i think this is hot.

sainsburys brand is 75p so 4p more for a well known brand aint to bad
