I like the choc hobnob flapjacks - they are on offer too.
the double packs are a con when the single packs are 330G at £1 lol

But even more of a con when the near-identical thing is only 44p in Aldi.

While I like them just as much (particularly when you dunk them), I don't think you can call them anywhere near identical. I'd easily be able to tell the difference every time.
digestives all the way for this deal. i really dont see the appeal of hobnobs!
    Thanks for posting, great deal.

he's not wrong: 600g of digestives for £1.50 works out at £0.04 per gram. 330g of digestives for £1.00 works out at £0.03 (recurring) per gram.

and my maths teacher said I'd never accomplish anything! screw you, Mr James!
    Fwiw:
    600g @ £1.50 = £0.025 per gram
    330g @ £1.00 = £0.030 per gram

So 1) The double packs aren't really a con and 2) Mr James was very good at his job.

I mean you shouldn't even need to do the math, it's quite clear just by looking at it that for only 50% increase in price you're getting almost double the amount

    if you buy 2 packs @£1.50 cost =£3 600x2 = 1200gms
    if you buy 3 packs @£1.00 cost =£3 330x3 =990gms
i think your maths teacher was right!

the 600g has only come out.
They done a double pack of 300gx2 at £2 on offer,
then right next to it is the 330g for £1
people always grab the double before thinking logically
