Personally I'm not ordering anymore this year from GearBest I'm going to wait till after New year to avoid disappointing delivery times and missing parcels.

I've order a lot lately and 10 orders still haven't arrived.
The tracking on the website is down and one order is on shipping status for two weeks and no packed or shipped message. And another I ordered two weeks ago on black Friday Teclast X80 Pro for £32 the tracking hasn't updated since Wednesday 29th they say 10-18 business days? How much longer.

I was a fan but lately so many haven't got to Royal Mail yet or Yodel it's too risky this close to Christmas now to bother.

As much as I'd like to agree it doesn't work for Royal Mail. I've been using the app and even had direct contact with the engineering team over the issue of Royal Mail.

Their communication is very slow at the moment, and tracking isn't much better. The last 4 items that I've had delivered, still say processing on the website. Another just said shipped today, but I received it a week ago haha
Been stung by customs and duty too many times no matter what I do, think they have me tagged.
Not shopping from gearbest, geekbuying or banggood any more. The cheap prices are just a ploy to get you to order then it's a lottery whether you get hit for mote money, unluckily I get hit every time.
Unregistered mail option chosen still gets me hit plus it takes about 30 days.
I'd rather pay more from China on eBay, I don't seem tho have a problem then.
As for the box, had a couple but don't think it's better than my MX9 pro,
I ordered a MgCool action cam from GearBest earlier this year .... waited six weeks then enquired where my order was only to be told it was not in stock and that they were not sure when and if they would get more in. Poor communication.
So they cancelled my order and refunded the money I had paid them.

I have no confidence in this company and wouldn’t attempt to buy from them again.

Had a bad experience with a missing parcel from gearbest. They refuse to refund initially and then agree to refund half. Anyone know what to do?

I've just had some drones delivered via Royal Mail 48 marked correct full value I paid but I wasn't hit with customs. Usually they mark way below! Could explain why it's slow they're paying customs charges at point of the drop shipper.

Why didn't you open a ticket sooner? Two weeks is plenty.
Ordered a box from them a couple of weeks ago and arrived within a week.
I suggest you pay extra for the insurance, it was about £1.20 for me. No idea if it gives you more protection or not, but I guess it gives you more ammunition.
This is a S905W chipset. The X is better.

So you're complaining after 10 business days when it states 10-18 business days?

I had 7 orders delayed on dispatch, turned out the little socket adaptors were out of stock,as soon as I told them to dispatch without adaptors, they did.Items then came very quickly.
They don't always tell you what's going on but will help if you enquire, though it is a pain.

Not complaining about that just so many items and no easy tracking and terrible communication.

Was that from China though? I've only received packages with a Royal Mail label from the EU Warehouse, which would explain why it's marked correctly and you don't get hit. Never received anything with a RM label if ordered from China.

From China warehouse but they handed to a drop shipper who passed it to Royal Mail with a 48 tracked label. It always shows tracking from within the UK only.

Ok cool, did you select a specific method? Your experience is different to mine. For me, cheap items are always sent direct with the basic air mail or china post label. Expensive items always been delivered directly by DHL with handling fee once or twice (but their fee is a lot lower than Royal Mail so not too bad)
BEWARE MISLEADING POST: This deal is for Mecool m8s pro "w"! It's all in gearbest description and pictures too. Where did you get it's "+" version? They have different CPUs!
m8s pro "+" is different model and this is pretty common price for "w" model
Tobe simple:
S905W: 4K@30fps
S905X: 4K@60fps
