Over 5 Years on and mine going strong with abuse from the family.

I think this is 15.6" rather than 15.3" (which one heading does state, but seems to be an error).

This looks a good option for people who want to store a lot of data so who prefer HDD to SSD.

I'm not sure how good the '2-cell Li-polymer battery' is though? On the Dell website theirs seem to be 3-cell or 4-cell.

Would this handle football manager 2018, or would it struggle?

which was hand delivered by a unicorn.

Not really up on specs, but can say that Medions are built to last. I bought my wife one when her Mac died a decade ago and she needed something quickly to get some work finished. It did the job for years, only needing replacing when the on-board wireless became flakey. The battery has since died completely and replacement is impossible, but it runs a scanner with ease and faster than cheapy laptops a decade newer bought specifically for that task. It outlived my Acer and is built like a tank (unlike the Dell my wife currently has).

Good price, but we too have had issues with Medion reliability. New Medion laptop bought for my son last November which failed (wouldn't turn on) about 2 months later. To be fair Medion customer service were very helpful but the laptop had to be sent to Germany for repair. When it arrived back the original problem was fixed but it had a NEW problem (permanent hiss in headphones/speakers). This meant we had to return to Medion in Germany again and it finally came back to us 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. In the end my son decided he would rather live with the hiss than without his computer any longer, but the whole thing has soured my opinion of the Medion brand.

Medions from 10 years ago were even more abysmal as it was pre Lenovo.

Does this have an IPS screen? Gaming laptops generally don’t and the screen is only viewable at a specific angle. I need a laptop with IPS - I made the mistake of buying a gaming laptop with a non-IPS screen last time.

Unicorns don't have hands

It does have an IPS screen - so better than a gaming laptop if you plan to use this for web browsing and office apps and don’t need high spec cpus for gaming.
