Good find!
Thanks - any idea how upgradeable this would be - graphics card, ram ?

RAM? yes, GPU? forget it.

Better off building your own, you can build a really decent system for less than this price or a bit more if you want to include a proper GPU
Search for Akoya P32010 in Google - it was on sale in Europe in March so there are reviews of it . A Google translate will give you their opinions.
Im after something around £550/600 that will run photoshop and lightroom simultaneously without sending me to sleep.

Not this then. It's a capable little chip, but nowhere near enough horse power, or RAM for Photoshop
I want a better cpu for this money. This is far from the best in there current range

In short. Very bad for upgradeability.
It is the last thing on Medion's mind.

Generic motherboard so not a great basis for upgrading. BIOS scathed in online reviews. Lack of detailed manufacturer's specification either from Aldi or Medion will make this a nightmare to upgrade.

Only 2 dimm slots. Probably capable of 8 or 16GB max. each and 2400 to 2666MHz clock speed.

Online photos show 1 full length PCIe x 16 and 2 PCIe x 1 slots. gen 2 or 3? who knows.
No graphics card power header from the miserable 250W PSU so would need to upgrade that if fitting something remotely mid-range.
computerbild.de/art…tml
Suggests the same deficiencies you identify regarding the psu. But also suggests it's fine with photoshop!
Medion support is something to be avoided at all cost, a couple of English phrases repeated endlessly. Translation
'We don't care'
AMD processor prices are crashing. Due to new range available from Jul 19
Aldi Online, good luck with anyone who orders one, especially if you finish up with Herpes losing it. Great store to shop in though.
